BookedOut is operated by Brand Surge LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect through bookedout websites, hosted forms, the website snippet and the BookedOut client portal, and how we use it.
Information we collect
From our clients (studios): account details (name, email), business information you give us during onboarding, and the identifiers of the Google and Meta accounts you connect.
From people who contact a studio: when someone submits an inquiry on a studio's website or BookedOut form, we receive what they enter (such as name, email, phone, event date and message) plus how they arrived (campaign tags, referring page and ad click identifiers). We process this on behalf of that studio.
From connected accounts: with a studio's permission we read performance data from Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and Meta to show results in the portal. We do not sell this data or use it for anything other than providing the service.
How we use information
To deliver inquiries to the right studio, run and measure marketing campaigns, show reports in the portal, provide support and keep the service secure.
Sharing
We share information only with the studio it belongs to, with service providers who host and operate the service for us (for example Cloudflare), and where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit, credentials are encrypted at rest, each studio's data is separated and access is logged. We keep data while a studio uses BookedOut and delete it on request or after the relationship ends, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices
If you submitted an inquiry to a studio, contact that studio or email us and we'll help you access or delete your information. Studios can remove our access to their Google and Meta accounts at any time.
