These terms cover use of the BookedOut website and client portal, operated by Brand Surge LLC. The services we provide to a studio, fees and guarantees are set out in that studio's signed service agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Accounts
Portal access is by invitation. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been used without permission. Studio owners decide who in their team has access.
Your accounts and content
Your Google, Meta and website accounts stay yours. You give us access to manage them and can remove it at any time. You confirm you have the right to use the photos and content you share with us for advertising.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the portal, attempt to access other studios' data, or use lead capture to collect information people didn't agree to share.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but data from third-party platforms can be delayed or revised by those platforms.
